The BoosterHub offer includes following key areas:
1. Infrastructure
- industrial area (production and storage hall) with industrial flooring and entrance from the ground level (access through industrial gates of 4.0m x 4.5m)
- separate office space (separate office on the 1st or 2nd floor),
- open-space office workstation, (1-,2-,3-person)
- a workplace in the coworking zone,
- parking space for a passenger car in the outdoor car park on the Boosterhub premises,
- use of office equipment (printer/scanner/ photocopier),
- use of secretarial and postal services,
- access to the conference room (8 people),
- access to a large conference space (possibility of organizing events, lectures, conferences for about 50 people),
- access to a shared prototype workshop (equipped with 3D printers, CAD/CAM software, 3-axis milling machine, set of hand tools and power tools)
Offices designed for tenants are fully equipped. The tenants receive desks, individual containers, tables, chairs, cabinets, etc. at their disposal. The workspace is designed to efficiently and ergonomically carry out independent work, in small groups, in creative teams, etc. Conference rooms and a large multifunction room are equipped with audio equipment (screens, projector, etc.)
The above mentioned resources shall be made available upon separate agreement: “Lease Agreements for the Park and Business Incubator” and/or “Agreements for the use of the Park and Business Incubator infrastructure” – between NBS Progress Sp. z o. o. being the owner and operator of the Boosterhub Park and Business Incubator and the entity located in the Park.
2. Business-related services
- accounting and human resources,
- legal service – (2h free legal consultation),
- consultation and service of the Patent Attorney,
- marketing and social-media services,
- offer of visual identity development, advertising, POS,
- IT support – websites, shops, dedicated software, IT infrastructure,
Business-related services are provided to tenants by B2B Partners, who conclude separate agreements with tenants, regulating the scope and conditions of cooperation. The Boosterhub Park and the Business Incubator is not a party to the agreement in this case. However, the offers prepared by B2B Partners are particularly attractive (negotiated with a view to permanent, long-term cooperation) and are intended exclusively for active Boosterhub tenants.
3. Business support services
- Participation in a 12-month incubation and development programme,
- supervision over the implementation of the provisions of the investment agreement in terms of the implementation of the schedule of R&D projects, projects for the implementation of products/services, – daily supervision over the company carried out for and on behalf of the Investor (Investment Fund).
- Business development – individual work in the field of business development – in a specific scope of the company’s needs: e.g.: market analyses, business models, MVP prototyping, planning and conducting market tests, formulating short-, medium-, long-term strategies, preparing investment documentation, raising capital, attracting investors,)
Business support services are performed by NBS Progress Sp. z o.o., the owner and operator of the Park and the Business Incubator – Boosterhub, on the basis of a separate “Contract on advisory services” signed by the parties.
